Well estimator to evaluate well constraints by holding reservoir conditions constant. Currently the problem only consists of well segment DOFS and the perforated reservoir cells , whose state is held constant. The constraints are evaluated during the first "estimateWellSolution" coupled reservoir-well system newton iterations.
